Wienie Burgers
2 lbs. ground round
8 beef hot dogs
8 hot dog buns
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper (fresh ground)
1 tbls K.Jr.'s Creole' seasoning
Combine ground beef and seasonings in large bowl.
Divide into 8 servings.
Roll flat with rolling pin (use wax paper).
Roll beef around hot dogs, closing ends (toothpicks work well).
Grill slowly over med. heat until done.
Serve on buns with favorite condiments.
