K.Jr.s Salsa

6 Roma tomatoes
6 Garlic cloves
4 Jalapeno peppers
1 Red Bell pepper
½ Red Onion (large)
2 Ancho chilies
1 Lime
1 Tbls Olive oil
2 Tbls K.Jr.s Chili Powder
1 Tbls Kosher Salt

Remove the seeds from the chilies and cut them into strips and then into small pieces.  Prepare the tomatoes, garlic, jalapeno peppers, bell pepper, and the onion to be chopped in the food processor.  Process only until the produce is chopped into medium sized chunks.  Process the produce in small amounts to avoid over processing.  Place the chunky produce into a very large glass bowl.  Add the chilies, olive oil, chili powder and salt.  Add the juice from the lime.  Stir to mix all ingredients together.  Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours to allow for flavor infusion.
