Peanut Butter Cookies

½ cup (105 g.) sugar
½ cup (95 g.) brown sugar
½ cup (56 g.) butter
¾ cup peanut butter
1 egg
½ tsp (3 g.) vanilla
1 ¼ cups (200 g.) self-rising flour
½ tsp (3 g.) baking soda
¼ tsp (2 g.) salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream sugars and butter.
Mix peanut butter with creamed mixture.
Beat egg and vanilla in bowl.
Mix flour, baking soda and salt in separate bowl.
Add flour mixture and egg mixture alternately to batter.
Mix until smooth.
Roll batter into balls.
On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper,
place balls & press with fork.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
