Alfredo Sauce

1- Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
1- Stick Unsalted Butter
1- Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano
          Cheese (finely grated)

Heat cream over medium low heat
add butter & melt into cream
sprinkle in cheese slowly
stir constantly
sauce will thicken as it cools.
